Hashtags.org is a simple directory of popular hashtags on Twitter.  It gives straightforward interface to look at trends and major topics on Twitter.  They were reviewed favorably in April 2009 by PCWorld.  No ads on the site.  Low traffic according to Quantcast, 10k visitors/mo.
