WeFollow was created by Kevin Rose, social media entrepreneur and founder of Digg. It tracks both tags and users for a good snapshot of what’s going on at Twitter. Clean design, and it gives a clear understanding of where the Twitter traffic is now, which is following celebrities, tv, social media and business. I like the Tags page in particular as it shows what the most popular categories are on Twitter. It gets around 30k visitors per month says Quantcast. Kevin is followable @kevinrose
